[Deep-fried food]... Miyazaki Akumaki, Kushima sea urchin sauce

[Main Dish]... Homemade bottarga and stingray fin, grilled over charcoal to your liking.

[Rice Dish]... Scallops, salmon roe, and barley rice

[Dessert]... Miyazaki seasonal fruit and ripe kumquat sherbet
